Plants first appeared on Earth 480 million years ago. We would not exist without them. Each leaf, flower and root holds ancient wisdom
Herbal medicine is not just a practice — it is a conversation with the living world, a way to reweave connection, reclaim presence, and restore vitality.
Nature is our birthright. It is a living source of regulation, resilience, and access to Spirit.
Science affirms what humans have always known: exposure to trees, soil, and the rhythms of the natural world lowers stress, improves focus, and supports healing. Yet most of us live in a landscape of screens and concrete. Most days our feet never even touch unpaved Earth. This disconnection can show up as tension, anxiety, disrupted sleep, or deeper dis-ease.
Herbal medicine reconnects us with what is innate within us — the practice is a gentle, daily reminder that we are part of a living, breathing Earth.
My practice
My herbal work is rooted in care, reverence, and listening — listening to your body, your system, and the intelligence of the plants themselves. It is not about quick fixes, but about nurturing a relationship with your own body, your rhythms, and the Earth.
Together, we explore what your system truly needs, and the plants that can support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and physical resilience. Some of this may be found in teas, tinctures, and oils. Other times, the medicine is woven into your daily life through cooking, rituals, and mindful practice.
Herbs are allies in everyday life. They can soothe, energize, or center you, teaching you to tune into your body and notice where tension, dysregulation, or fatigue live. The goal is not dependence, but empowerment — learning to listen, respond, and care for yourself.
Supporting Mental, Emotional, and Nervous System Health
Herbal medicine works not by masking discomfort, but by teaching the body how to regulate itself. By supporting the nervous system, herbs help release tension, clarify emotions, and restore vitality.
Herbal work is a practice of self-knowledge and attunement. It asks you to notice your needs, your habits, and the signals your body is sending. Over time, it can help you reconstruct patterns of tension, support emotional clarity, and strengthen resilience.
Your Path
When you work with me, you will:
Learn to attune to your body and nervous system, recognizing where regulation is needed.
Discover plant allies that support emotional and physical balance.
Explore practices that bring the medicine into your daily life, from teas and tinctures to mindful rituals.
Build the capacity to work with plants yourself, cultivating independence, confidence, and deeper connection to Nature.
“Even a wounded world is feeding us. Even a wounded world holds us, giving us moments of wonder and joy.
I choose joy over despair. Not because I have my head in the sand, but because joy is what the earth gives me daily and I must return the gift.”

The Many Forms of Plant Medicines
I work with plants in various forms:
Nutritive and minereal rich herbal teas and infusions
Tinctures, powders and tablets
Flower essences for vibrational energetic and emotional support
Essential oils for immediate impact on own limbic system
Topically as oils for musculoskeletal pain
Spices and fresh herbs in cooking
Simply sitting with and walking with plants for increased focused and connection to Spirit
Ceremonial entheogens for expansion of conciousness and deep healing work
Sometimes we are so disconnected, we need strong plant medicines to bring us back. Other times it is the gentle nourishers that are needed most.
