Who We Are

Every decision we make is shaped by a clear sense of purpose. Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

The Path That Led Me to This Work

Like so many of you, I was not born into an existence of ease. While there were many blessings I received during my early life, arly childhood trauma and

My path toward integration has required patience, humility, and a willingness to listen deeply to my own body. Along the way, I found guidance through yoga, therapy, herbal medicine, and later through contemplative practices and expanded states of consciousness — all of which invited me to relate to life in new ways.

This journey has taught me to move more gently on this planet — to be kind to myself, to the Earth, and to the body that carries me. To be awake is to recognize both the challenges of being human and the freedom that can emerge within them. For me, there is no other way to live.

I began studying the human body, plant medicines and contemplative practices over twenty years ago.

Yoga, herbal medicine, migranes

Over ten years as a Postpartum Doula, supporting more than 100 families through the sacred first forty days of life, I learned how to hold space for intense transformation and major life transitions. This work deepened my understanding of how early experiences, attachment, and lineage shape our bodies, our nervous systems, and our emotional lives. It also gave me the skills to support others navigating profound personal shifts — whether through trauma recovery, chronic pain, or the transformations that arise from somatic, herbal, and psychedelic practices.

The Path

My interest in healing began with my own experiences of chronic pain and migraines beginning in childhood. These symptoms led me early to explore the relationship between physiology, stress, environment, and meaning.

Over the past two decades I have studied and practiced across disciplines including yoga, somatic psychology, herbalism, birth work, and consciousness studies. Each field pointed back to the same truth:

The body is not a machine to be managed.
It is a living system that responds to how we live.

As a practitioner, I draw from both scientific understanding and longstanding human traditions that recognized this complexity long before we had language for it.

I do not offer formulas or fixes.
I offer careful attention, education, and practices that allow your own system to reorganize.

My Background

I am an Herbalist and Embodiment Educator with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. My work integrates plant medicines, nervous system education, breathwork, conscious movement, and parts-based inquiry, all within a psycho-somatic framework that honors body, mind, and spirit as inseparable.

Plant and entheogenic medicines are living allies, not tools to be wielded or quick fixes to be consumed. They call us to presence, to truth, and sometimes to the parts of ourselves we have long avoided. My work is about helping you meet these experiences with steadiness, care, and clarity — so that the medicine can meet you fully, in a way that is safe, embodied, and meaningful.

My approach is rooted in the meeting place between modern science and ancestral wisdom. I honor both, blending contemporary somatic and nervous system research with the teachings carried through indigenous, folk, and traditional healing practices.

Working together, we explore the patterns your body carries, the rhythms of your nervous system, and the ways in which your history and lineage show up in your present life. We will gently reconstruct habits, rebuild awareness, and weave together insights, practices, and plant allies that support your integration, regulation, and freedom.

Healing work is collaborative. You are not a problem to be solved, but a living system to be understood and met. This work asks for curiosity, courage, and engagement. At times it is joyful; at others, it is challenging. I cannot do the work for you — but you do not have to do it alone.

Through our work together, you will:

  • Learn to listen to and regulate your nervous system

  • Connect with the healing wisdom of plants and the natural world

  • Explore somatic practices that help you embody insight, freedom, and presence

  • Reconstruct patterns of tension, fear, and disconnection into vitality, clarity, and groundedness

I look forward to walking alongside you as you find your way, helping you meet your truth, your body, and the living Earth with clarity, care, and presence.

Alicia’s home is full of spices, cats and some very happy houseplants. She has a great love of poetry, myth and metaphor. She is particularly grateful for the love she has found through deep and lasting friendship. She is currently based in NYC but loves that technology now offers us the opportunity to connect across any distance.
